Developing mobile apps is great, but developing mobile apps with a purpose is even better! As a CRM / Marketing Automation Manager at mySugr, you’ll work on a product that helps people with the most precious thing they have — their health.
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Manager to help us shape our CRM strategy, set up tailored customer journeys and most importantly build lasting relationships with our customers.
You will set strategies in line with our marketing and business objectives, apply smart segmentation tactics and design sticky multi-channel (email, push, in-app,..) lifecycle campaigns. Ideally, you have previous experience in an app/mobile ecosystem and various customer engagement and CRM tools. You’re able to gain insights into engagement and retention drivers and put those into actionable multi-channel campaigns on a global scale.

In this full-time role, you’ll closely cooperate with the product and marketing team and proactively develop and implement a holistic customer engagement strategy from activating new users, driving relevant conversions to re-engaging churned customers.
Your day-to-day work will be focused not only on campaign orchestration and optimizations, but you’ll be able to apply and grow your awesome analytical skills as well: you’ll contribute to the technical platform design, oversee regular reporting including in-depth analysis and KPIs, perform regular A/B tests and cohort analysis based on events, behaviours, transactions, and others.
Last but not least, never forget to keep yourself updated! You’ll stay on top of best practice engagement tactics, analytics, consumer and digital trends and attend related trainings and workshops.
