Here’s what we’re looking for:

We are looking for an experienced data athlete to join our department to help us ease the burden of living with diabetes on a daily basis. Our data-wranglers are involved in everything; exploring new ideas and concepts, researching and evaluating our impact on people's health as well as supporting our product teams with improvements and ideas on how to better measure outcomes and value for our customers. To succeed in this position you are someone who is not afraid to ask questions, learn new things, work cross functionally on a wide range of tasks from new algorithm concepts to scientific publications, patents & monitoring our product success. If you like to take ownership and responsibility, enjoy critical thinking and pushing the boundaries and the status quo, we would love to get to know you!

Your upcoming mission:

  • Tackle a broad range of projects and tasks around research and product analytics
  • Communicate with stakeholders and support them with their questions surrounding our data and possibilities
  • Acting as an advocate for data driven culture and decisions across the organization
  • Work with colleagues in the medical department to prove the efficacy and effectiveness of our products
  • Support cross functional product teams with their efforts to measure success and integrating the data perspective into their workflow

Essential skills for this mission:

  • Interest in diabetes and digital healthcare
  • Solid experience with databases and analytics (SQL, Python, BI Tools)
  • Solid experience with modern agile product development
  • Excellent communication skills (surrounding business as well as product)
  • Solid experience in supporting or drive interdisciplinary projects together with product & medical teams
  • Thinking ‘outside the box’ and supporting teams in making data informed decisions faster
  • Creative and autonomous working style
  • 3 - 4+ years professional experience with analytic, research and/or medical
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • You are either an EU citizen or hold a valid Austrian work permit

Bonus skills:

  • Experience in medical domain
  • Knowledge of the diabetes industry or other comparable health industries
  • Experience working in a startup environment
  • Experience collaborating with business intelligence
