Digital Analyst Intern (m/f/d)

Vienna Head Office

Full-Time, Paid Internship: 4-6 months (Vienna) Starting January 2023

Most of our customers live with insulin-dependent diabetes. Everyday life with diabetes is often tedious and exhausting – and that’s exactly what motivates our work at mySugr. Always driven by our motto to “make diabetes suck less,” we develop award-winning apps, integrate medical devices into our products, and work with health insurance companies and industry partners to make life with diabetes a bit better. Here’s what we’re looking for:

We are looking for a Digital Analyst Intern who is self-motivated, really passionate about their/your job, and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization. As an ideal team member you are open-minded, curious, dedicated to making a difference and open to constant development. This is a role where you, as a data driven individual, have the opportunity to step up and take on significant responsibility in the CIAM group.You will be joining the Platform ART team to support a metrics design initiative to enable the organization to become more data-driven. The metrics hierarchy developed will serve as a foundation for future analytics projects throughout all related solutions.

Essential skills for your mission:

  • Knowledge of developing and defining metrics/KPIs
  • Experience with working with diverse teams (developers, designers, business stakeholders)
  • Great skills in reporting- and documentation activities
  • Ability to build comprehensible reports that can be shared amongst key stakeholders / leadership team
  • Great written and verbal communication skills in English 
  • You are either an EU citizen or hold a valid Austrian work permit

Bonus skills:

  • Knowledge of analytical instrumentation
  • Knowledge of defining standard name conventions (e.g. Data Taxonomy)
  • Knowledge of the diabetes industry or other comparable health industries
