We are looking for a passionate and communicative person to join us and make sure our amazing workplace runs smoothly! What is so special about mySugr’s workplace in Vienna? If you have not heard of it check out this short video!

You’ll join a great team as well as create and maintain an enjoyable work environment for our lovely employees. Fostering our famous team culture is a priority for us. You will be the go-to-person for all things office space related, make office supplies arrangements, support visitors and provide general administrative support to our lovely team on sight and in their home offices. Most importantly, you and your team will constantly come up with new solutions for the ever changing challenges a young, innovative and agile company is faced with. Our work space is a lively place and we love to continuously tweak and adopt it to make sure that mySugr employees have the perfect foundation for creative, collaborative and focused work. You’ll also organise events inside and outside of our office. We love events and parties ;)

Essential skills for your mission:

  • A desire for building and maintaining a warm work space
  • The drive to help and support people
  • A cool-headed mentality and a good-hearted personality
  • Great communication skills
  • Organizational talent and experience
  • Ability to communicate with Austrian authorities
  • Very good German and English
  • A valid Austrian work permit

Bonus skills:

  • Experience working in a (digital) startup culture
  • Knowledge of the diabetes industry or other comparable health industries
