Here’s what we’re looking for:

We are looking for a highly motivated People & Culture Hero to join our team. In this temporary 12 month position you will support us through multiple exciting developments that add to the continuous improvement of our P&C processes and services. You will be part of the daily operations of the Vienna P&C department as well as accompanying the wider organisation as we undergo structural and procedural transformations. To provide our team with support you will have a high level of confidence to drive topics from idea through to completion and be able to communicate challenges and updates effectively. If you are someone who loves an open feedback culture and are motivated by collaboration, productivity and team spirit come and join us!

Essential skills for your mission:

  • 5+ years experience as a generalist in Human Resources or in a similar role
  • Experience in driving strategic People & Culture initiatives
  • Solid knowledge of Austrian labor legislation
  • Accuracy and ability to process confidential data
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an instinctive sense for prioritisation
  • Excellent command of German and English (written and spoken)
  • You are either an EU citizen or hold a valid Austrian work permit

Bonus skills:

  • Knowledge of the diabetes industry or other comparable health industries
  • Previous experience with organisational transformations
  • Experience and understanding of agile frameworks
